JBS FC is a Premier Soccer Club that was formed to aid in the Development of Soccer players at all levels. Our main objective is to allow all players, regardless of their socioeconomic level, the opportunity to play soccer, sometimes at a higher level. This means that NO PLAYER will be turned away because he or she will not be able to pay the annual dues required with JBS FC. Our system of scholarships is not based on a need to be on a team, but rather it is based on financial status. If you cannot afford the dues, financial help is available by means of scholarships.
JBS FC was created to develop players. Not all teams within JBS will achieve the ranking status among the top ten in the State, Region, or Country. However, we will push our players to strive toward what they can become and to maximize there abilities. Our staff is motivated by the rewards that are seen through the hard work and determination from the players. There is no greater reward for a coach or club then teaching the game of soccer and seeing the great rewards come to a positive light. Many coaches and clubs began with the right motivation and the desire to be for the kids and for the love of the game - unfortunately many have lost sight of this goal. We at JBS FC will continue to be for the kids, putting their best interests first in an effort to bring to them the love and passion for the game of soccer, that we as coaches have learned first hand.
JBS FC will work with each player to find the college that will best fit their needs. Many of our players on our U-16 team are currently being tracked by a diverse group of colleges and universities. We will continue to be a driving force for each and every player within the JBS FC Club in their quest for a college career.
JBS FC will attempt to instill in each player important qualities that will help each player develop, not only on the field, but as productive citizens also. Qualities such as commitment, dedication, loyalty and compassion will be strongly impressed upon each and everyone involved in the JBS FC family.
JBS FC will work with the local clubs in the Westchester County area in order to attempt to create a Special Needs League. Lewisboro and Armonk currently have Special Needs teams and it is our hope and desire to begin a league in which these teams can play each other at a recreational level.
